Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your shipping address.
During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Estimated delivery time refers to the transit time after your order has been dispatched. Delivery speed depends on several factors, especially your location.
Estimated delivery by region:
- 🇺🇸 United States: 7–10 business days
- 🌍 International: 10–14 business days
Please note: during peak times, carriers may experience delays in transit and tracking updates that are outside our control. International orders may also be subject to unexpected customs delays, which can extend delivery beyond the estimates listed above.
Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect details may result in delayed processing or order cancellation.
If our system detects an address issue, our support team may email you to verify your shipping information within 3 business days of your order being placed. If we do not receive a response within that time, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please email support@tryhydroniq.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We'll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes after the 24-hour window.
Delayed Delivery
We understand timely delivery matters, and we work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible. However, delivery delays can occur due to circumstances outside of our control, such as:
- Severe weather
- Courier disruptions
- Customs processing (international orders)
- Transportation delays
- Address verification or payment processing issues
- Temporary inventory availability issues
If we encounter an issue that may delay your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. While Hydroniq is not liable for delays caused by external factors, we will always do our best to keep you informed and assist where we can.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is handed to the courier, it is outside of our direct control. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it — or appears lost in transit — please contact us at support@tryhydroniq.com and we will do our best to assist.
We also recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim, as they may require additional information. We can follow up with the courier on your behalf and provide updates when possible.
Please note:
- Hydroniq is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the shipping process, and these cases fall outside of our refund policy.
- Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement at our discretion if the package is not located or delivered.
- If the courier confirms the package is missing and cannot be recovered, filing a police report may be recommended in certain cases.

Hydroniq reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to review the most recent version before purchasing.
