Cancellation Policy
Any changes or cancellations to an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this window, we may be unable to accommodate your request as the order may have already entered processing or fulfillment.
If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged Items
We take quality control seriously at every stage — from formulation to fulfillment. An item is considered "damaged" if it arrives with a manufacturing defect or is physically broken upon delivery. Cosmetic wear to outer packaging (such as minor dents to the shipping box) while the product itself remains intact does not qualify as damage.
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@tryhydroniq.com with:
- Your order number, and
- A clear photo of the damage
If approved, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse of the product.
Shipping & Delivery
While we work hard to get your order to you promptly, Hydroniq is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays outside of our control — including delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other transit disruptions.
If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the courier directly for the fastest resolution. Hydroniq is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the order has been handed to the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is submitted and we are not notified within 24 hours of the order being placed, you may not be eligible for a resend or refund.
